How to report cheaters

I have a Garrys mod server and over the past few weeks there has been an influx of hackers, there is this one hacker that keeps coming on my server and messing with all of the groups. He just banned me from my own server (i am still trying to figure out how to unban myself). What i want to know is where can i report this guy and will anything be done about it soon-ish? i doubt it but here is his steam ID: STEAM_0:1:51192779.

You could try resetting your server by going to the server hoster website, if its dedicated. or just start over. Ban him when your server is fresh, set your fresh server to private then ban him. Build up more security! Report that guy http://steamcommunity.com/id/snookdoggy/

I have unbanned myself, and i have tried IP banning him, banning his steam ID, everything but nothing seems to work.

Why not? IP Banning seems to work all the time. Report him on steam then

I dont know why it didnt work, it came up saying it banned his ip but he never got kicked from the game and then he banned me. And will do.

Not quite seeing what the point is pointing out that my bypasser is made made up from CE.

Didn't really try to hide the fact either.

And about delayed vacs and such, yes it's true that they are delayed but as previously stated all across several boards that in GMOD the VAC system is "broken" and it's most likely just a scare tactic to have people not cheat at it.

And that being said even IF you do manage to get yourself banned by VAC in GMOD it's still not counted in to the same engine as the others even though that's what it's running on. So if you're banned on GMOD you wont be banned in i.e. Counter Strike source.

One more thing, the "tutorial" you posted has been posted quite a few times, but somehow people don't quite know how they work and even if they did the majority of the people looking for hacks are not really in the mood for making their own - so they'd rather download something that someone else has made and my solution is just a press and be done with it, so I did the majority of the work, and that is why bypassers on here are getting recognition at all.
