The mods are currently working on a way to trade things within the forum. The reason why we can't now is because of legal issues.

Don't settle on cheap stuff. At least get a good CPU if you can't afford both a good CPU and GPU.

it's not because "legal issues" more like afraid that users will scam others

Implement things that Ebay has like not getting the money until you ship it out. But it's legal issues most likely.

Implement things that Ebay has like not getting the money until you ship it out. But it's legal issues most likely.

not true enough forums have trading systems there is no law for selling stuff on internet nor forums especially in the dutch here.

we have all kinds of forums where we can sell stuff without being a sort like ebay

is most likely because the mods can't give the safety that everything is real etc

Where is California(Ca?) are you? Microcenter has crazy cheap prices on Intel CPUs, but you have to pick them up from the store.

No they don't ship them. There is one in Orange County, if you can get there.
