Farcry4 borderless problems - help

so i've google that problem and what comes up all the time is to disable DSR - Factor. it didnt fix the problem for me.

 

it doesnt matter if I change it to Full Screen to Borderless, there are still borders top and down of my screen, and i can't stand it.

 

I know its a Ubisoft game. It was free with my gpu.

 

verified game cache. nothing.

 

anyone has found a solution?

Don't know if you can find a solution to your problem, but you could make the bottom taskbar autohide, which should disable at least the bottom border.
