2 different builds

Go to solution Solved by Sheldon_King,

I find neither of them to be all that good.

CPU: Both are the same, so no need to change anything.

GPU: Both are about equally good. Choose the lowest priced one.

PSU: Model numbers please. Just the wattage tells us almost nothing.

Cooler: You don't NEED a aftermarket, but the coolermaster is the better choice here (no need for water cooling with a cpu that will never be able to overclock).

RAM: either is fine. choose the lower priced of the 2, as frequency does not help much in gaming yet.

Board: The Z97 is the better board, but for a single GPU and locked CPU, you will not notice a difference. Choose the lower priced one.

case: As long as everything fits, it is always personal opinion.

Storage: No reason to say anything, seagate is reliable. You can look at Hatachi and Western Digital as well and maybe save some money.

DVD  Drive: is not necessary, but they all do teh same thing at equal speeds. Lowest priced one you can find is fine.
