Astro A30 Issue

Hi everyone!

 

I was just wondering if anyone else was having issues with the Astro A30 Wireless system. I have an issue where the optical in port on the wireless receiver does not allow the optical cable to be inserted all the way or something. This causes the game sound to go in and out as I move the cable around in the slot trying to get the sound back.

 

Does anyone else have this issue? If so how did you resolve it? I have already tried contacting Astro support and they made me send my wireless receiver back to them then returned it to me with the same issue

 

Any help would be appreciated guys!
