I think you will need to validate your account each time you change PC's thus you will need an internet connection and access to your email account. They email you a validation code which must be entered if you access your account from a different PC. Not sure if this will occur each time you swap between the two PC's though. Not 100% sure but think that is how it works.

i think when you put that code once in other pc you dont need validation from mail anymore

This will only happen the first time you use a new PC.

Just don't get scared if steam doesn't let you log in when using wifi. It has done it to me many times. Even after pw reset. Just connect it to wire and force update. It helps.
