There are four connectors, can i plug a graphics card to the top right 6 pin connector?

No, it doesn't. The pcie cable connects to the 8pin on the psu. The 6+2pin end goes into the graphics card.

i have one and you can do it but its better to use a 6+2 from the 8 pin

i know that but thats why i said you can do it but its not recomended thats why the 8pin is there

Yes but newegg and corsair says that there are 2 pci-e connectors, so what other connector can i use to a power a graphics card beside the 8pin

The 8pin just connects to the psu. The other terminating ends are the 2 x 6+2pins.

Is there enough power to run 970 in the 8pin to 2x 6+2pins. And yes i know this PSU is not the best for 970.
