I bought my first rig not so long ago about 5 months saved for like 3 years, got the parts built it, however recently my GPU (XFX 7770) has started to shutdown mid game, I have monitored my temps whilst playing and they don't exceed 50-60 degrees Celsius, i have a corsair CX600 PSU witch as far as i know there is no issues with nothing else is dropping power, when the GPU goes everything else still works just no video, I have no overclock on the card and I never have, my motherboard is a AS-Rock 990fx Fatal1ty, not the cheapest of motherboards and a good board as far as I know, again no issues with the board. Also prior to the three times in the past few days that this has happened I have had no other issues with the computer and has worked like a charm. 

 

Does anyone have any ideas

Does it restart the gpu itself? Like it has given up? and then turns back on and leave most thing blacked out?

If I had one wish, I would ask for a big enough ass for the whole world to kiss

Have you overclocked?

i have no overclock on the card and i never have overclocked it
