have a couple of questions will it work on any resolution monitor. And i was have some trouble with it on my tv seems to work fine on my monitor im not sure if becuase its a tv its scaleing funny or what. When i run it on my tv some games it seems ok but others seems to cut off edges of the screen both right and left top and bottom seem ok.

I had this problem on my tv. Browse the menus and look for a setting called "Size" or "Aspect Ratio" or something like that. Set it to "just scan" and it should solve your edge cutting problems.
