Which drivers do I download?

Realtek Audio

Realtek LAN

USB 3.0 driver

 

All others are optional, aside from VGA driver, which is not needed at all if you have a dedicated GPU.

Do I need the VGA one too

They are both VGA driver, but the one on the mobo website is not the latest one. The one I linked you is VGA driver but newer version then the one AsRock gives you, which is better for performance. Just like you would with AMD or Nvidia dedicated GPU, always download the latest graphics drivers off the Intel website, not off the mobo website.
