Any particular reason why you're going with AMD branded RAM? Also, this belongs in build planning.

I am trying to decide on what parts to buy

I'd say go with the Sabertooth motherboard. Although a 7990 would be EPIC, keep your dual-6950s and upgrade them when AMD comes out with their next generation graphics cards (unless you game on greater than 1080p resolutions and the performance isn't good enough). And AMD Gamer series memory is a rare choice, but still pretty cool. I'd just go with the cheapest 2133MHz memory I can find, though I must say, higher clocked memory doesn't provide much benefit if this build is mainly for gaming.

unless you are considering using an APU the "gamer" 2133 is overkill. gamer RAM

is 1600 or 1866 if the price is still fair enough. since using dedicated GPU(s) CFX

6950 is viable on most older titles, but with the new titles getting a rap with high FPS

reports, but high ratio of un-usable (runt/orphan) frames. so many are leaning towards

single GPU high-end cards, till AMD can solve the runt issue by software (patch) or

hardware (best option). it just depends on what titles are ripping your FPS below

quality thresholds. HD7970 for now seems to be the better platform.

what CPU are you looking towards?

Why are you replacing your already overkill psu with another overkill psu?

I went to factor 1 either a Sapphire Vortex 7950  or a7970 Gpu instead of a dual Crossfire XfX 6950 an I read and watched you Tube that it is better for Airflow and cable management

For a single 7970, you will not need an 860 watt PSU, or even a 750 watt PSU.

That is interesting !  Then what would you suggest for a modular or semi modular Psu

Does the outlet matter to you?

A 650 watt PSU should do. I only found this one that's also modular on Newegg. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817256087
