new ram

Hello I have 8 gigs off ddr3 1600 memory installed and it is overclocked. I just recently got another set of the same ram. My question is doo I have too set the ram in my pc back to default settings before I install the new ram dimms or since they are the same brand and make can II just go ahead and put them in?

There's an option to reset your settings or to continue when the ram configuration is changed. Either should work fine.
