Corsair Link Issue

I recently purchased a Corsair H100i and installed it properly using the manual, along with the Corsair Link software. The issue is my computer isn't recognizing the cooler. I have tried both USB hubs on my motherboard but it still won't work. Help.

try getting a normal mini USB and running it through the back of the case, like the early bullshit USB 3.0 Passthroughs. Otherwise, is the center lit up? if not, probably DOA. Check the BIOS if you are getting a cpu fan RPM

the pump is plugged into the cpu fan header and IS controllable through the bios

what software version? there have been patches and firmware updates already.

Thanks Guys! My computer is recognizing the cooler and I am able to change fan and pump speeds. I ended up running a standard mini USB from the pump to the rear i/o.
