svchost.exe Making computer run very slow (also mouse cpu spike)

I have changed msconfig and am waiting for windows defender to stop scanning, once it does im going to boot into safe mode and see what I can do from there

another thing could be to see after all the a/v have finished, leave the system in idle than scheck your network usage. Just to check for a rat

Break it. Put it back together.Then hope like hell it works. Failing that Use Gaffer Tape.... lots of it. If that doesn't work then either there isn't a problem or you haven't used enough gaffer tape,

How would I do that never heard of that before

 RAT - remote access trojan, they are nastyl little viruses that use lots of processing power, tracking your screen etc. to see your network uses got to task manager then click on the network tab at the top, it will show you on the graph how much is being used

Break it. Put it back together.Then hope like hell it works. Failing that Use Gaffer Tape.... lots of it. If that doesn't work then either there isn't a problem or you haven't used enough gaffer tape,

Well this is telling me network utilization is at 0% link speed 100Mbps State connected, looks normal to me?

Ok so should i still be running scans or is it a problem with windows and could it still be a virus thats not transmitting ?

right, still run the scans. if they show nothing it is almost definatley a problem with windows

if it is ill try and back the things i need up and run dban overnight so i can do a fresh install of windows in the morning

sure windows defender has been scanning for more than an hour now this is halarious

Download Rescue CD. Avast, AVG, and other Antivirus has those tool .  After you finish downloading, burn it to CD or make it bootable USB. Boot from it , and then scan .

I heard that maybe is amd VGA drivers could cause this try to unplug second monitor, restart and see how it goes, another thing never get more then 1 antiviral in your system that could be a problem and slow down your pc, 3rs reinstall windows and do not install more then 1 antivirus.

i7 3930k @ 4.1ghz, 16gb 2133mhz rams running at around 2000mhz, 256gb ocz agillity3 ssd x2 raid 0 stripe 128kb, EVGA GTX 780 3GB GDDR5 SLI, ocz 1250w psu, asus p9x79deluxe motherboard, Cooler H100i

I installed more than one antivirus after the slow down
