where it can output one of it's rated power on the 12v rail,then you should be able to put any gpu in it,up to a 780,provided you don't overclock or have a ton of HDD's/fans/lighting (which wouldn't fit in that case anyway)

at max load,which would never happen,it'd be fine,but I still wouldn't overclock.

 

4770K - 65 watts max (guru3d idle subtracted from load power cosnumption)

GTX 780  268 watts max (furmark)

HDD - 10 watts

SSD - 3 watts

DVD drive - 10 watts

AP141 fan - 3 watts

 

so the max would be ~360 watts with a GTX 780
