Ok so i tried finding one online but all of them are over budget or the few supported cheap mobos are not being made anymore so do you guys have any good builds? 

Main PC |CPU - i7-6700k|GPU - R9 290x tri-x 4gb|RAM - 16gb ddr4|MOBO - MSI z170 - A PRO|HDD - WD 1TB/240gb Sandisk |PSU - 700w Raidmax

Laptop |CPU - i7 4720hq|GPU - 960m 2gb|Ram - 8gb 2x4|Model - y50-70 Touch|SSD - 240gb Patriot drive|Display - 1920x1080 IPS touch

I don't think its feasible at that price point.

^This. You're going to pay more, fight through some issues (which you'll do regardless, whether or not you follow their recommendations decides how many you run into), or not build one. It's simply not doable at that price point without serious issues.

ok 400 dollars i know that the mobos cost around 100 dollars for the thing so i dont need super fast performance i just want a mac for mac related things.

No they dont. For your first i'd recommend Niresh as it works quite well out of the box
