I'm wondering if I should get this AData SSD and if I do, can anyone explain how to transfer windows from my hard drive to it?

I'd get the M550 instead as it's cheaper and better. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/crucial-internal-hard-drive-ct128m550ssd1

I would also do a fresh install rather than cloning your hdd.

The M550 is definitly not better than the SP900.

Edit: I was wrong. It is better...  <_<

Isn't that a SP920 ? ;o

But, you were right anyway.

I actually have a question. To someone who has never owned a SSD before, does it matter which drive is better, or just the cheaper price? I first got a Sandisk SSD, and later, an Intel one. The only thing I could tell was that Windows booted up extremely fast for both of them compared to a HDD.

Even as someone who has been using SSDs for years, I can't tell most decent SSDs apart.

I have both a Samsung 840 Evo and a Crucial M4, and I really can't tell the two apart unless I compare the two side-by-side (in which case the difference is apparent, but unless you use them both side-by-side the difference is relatively minimal).

Same here. I tell everyone I know to just get a SSD and not worry about how fast it is.
