Best GPU for $100 USD?

So I want to upgrade my GPU situation, but I on;y have $100 USD to put into my GPU upgrades, so I was wondering, what is the best GPU I could purchase used? I was thinking about getting another Asus 2GB 7770 and CF with my current one, that way when I get a higher end GPU, I have 2 GPUs left over for other builds I want to do (HTPC build and LAN rig) But I'm not sure if that will give me the most performance or if there is another GPU I should look into. (I won't do eBay auctions, must be buy now, I don't have time to participate in the auctions)

Current Rig: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Abit IN9-32MAX nForce 680i board, Galaxy GT610 1GB DDR3 gpu, Cooler Master Mystique 632S Full ATX case, 1 2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA and 1x200gb Maxtor SATA drives, 1 LG SATA DVD drive, Windows 10. All currently runs like shit :D

Probably the 660 ti but its a stock cooler so its going to be loud.
