MSI has software that can be downloaded through their website.

You can update the BIOS and drivers for their programs through that software.

I believe it is called "Live Update".

But what exactly is a bios update? And how do i do it? Is it hard or not?

Well, I think it's sorta easy, but I've never done one, so you have to find out yourself. But make sure it will have a stable and clean source of power and that you don't mistakenly turn off the system, as a failed BIOS update will brick your mothoerboard.

If you need to update the BIOS at all, you'll probably need it for the system to even boot correctly - so there's not much of a choice. ;)
