Tt eSPORTS Shock Microphone problem

Hi all, so I've been having this problem for quite a while now.One day my microphone is crystal clear, other days they can't hear anything but their own voice.I've tried unplugging the jack and plugging it back-nothing.For a while I thought it was the wire inside the headphones-well it's not it since yesterday everything was ok and today it's not.The audio drivers are from the official website of the MB(gigabyte ga-ma770t-ud3p).Everything is set up correctly yet like I said .. it's entirely up to the mic's mood if it's going to work .. lol.I forgot to mention windows 7 64bit.Please help, ty in advance.

Sorry no idea, have you tried contacting the manufacturer? is it under warranty
