Front USB 3.0 problem.

Hi guys,

 

Got a little bit of a problem with my front panel usb 3.0 ports, usb 2.0 work fine. Every time I plug in a usb stick or hard drive they read and write fine but when I wake or start the pc with either connected they don't read or write properly like the files are corrupt.

 

I think I might've damaged the USB 3.0 connector on the mobo as I've unplugged and plugged it back in a couple of times and it still happens. Could I be right?

cant remember how to acess it, but try going to devicemanger or something similar(as i said, cant remember where) and check if they show up, if not, its probably the mobo connector.

googled a little, its called "COM port manager" or something.

lets hope its not the mobo :P

EDIT: read it again, its not the mobo connection..

All of the USB drivers seem to be up to date. It's just the front ports that have the problem. Rear seems to be fine.
