Wifi Range Extender

Does anyone know of a good Wifi Range Extender?  I have a Netgear wireless N router if that helps (I don't remember the model off the top of my head unfortunately).  I just need to boost the signal at one end of my house, and I don't want to have to change my security settings or get a new router.  Thanks for the help.

if i go to my grandma's house soon ill recommend the ones she uses, considering their entire new house is inner-lined with chicken wire to support the material on the outside, signal gets blocked a lot so theyre needed

I just recently bought this Wifi Range Extender to pair up with my BT Home Hub 4. It works really well and really easy to setup. Plug it in,press the WPS button on both router and extender and you are good to go.

I own a Netgear EX6200 and the thing is awesome check it's specifications out. It supports duel band extension (something that allot of the others don't), a 5 port Gigabit switch and a USB 3 port.
