So I can't decide which motherboard to get out of these 2.

The reason I chose these 2 are for the AM3+ socket, red and black colour theme and the price tag.

I plan on using these to overclock an amd 8350 paired with my msi gtx 970

Please don't tell me to go Intel I don't have the budget :(

To get the best overclocking results with that processor you need an 990FX board and those are crazy expensive and still lack a ton of the new features that normal Z97 boards have. Anything else is not optimized for overclocking and while supporting it, it might be unstable, overheating, whatever.

I would really suggest you go with a i5 4460 and a cheap H87 or B85 board. You will not be overclocking, but you will at least have an option to upgrade, while with AMD you have none. AM3+ is a dead socket and has been that way for years now. It's features are also completely outdated.
