Just wanted someone to clarify that 1.24 volts for 4.7 is fine.

You are prefectly safe up to about 1.35v with that kind of cooling.

I am usually pretty terrible but thank you. Personally I don't like going above 1.32v myself but then most trusted reviews say 1.35v is okay and some people on the forums go as far as 1.45v which I have personally seen degrade processors in reviews.
