Hi,

Does anyone know of a keypad like the Razer orbweaver that has an analog joystick for movement in FPS games?

The orbweaver has a joystick, but it looks like it just replaces WASD, not acting like an Xbox controller stick.

I want to try KB/M, but I have never been able to use WASD.

Thanks

But is the stick actually recognized as an analog stick?

If it just sets it to replace WASD, it's not exactly intuitive. Have you ever tried playing with a controller emulator like Xpadder? It's less than ideal...

It would probably ultimately fall on the developers of the games to implement support specifically for an analog stick as well as a mouse. Or at least allow you to use both at the same time (unlike some games, such as Fallout 3). Then you would need an actual analog stick, not just a joystick that reads in 4 directions and isn't pressure sensitive (which is what I'm guessing the issue is with the Orbweaver).

I currently use a 360 controller, I just want to try using a mouse.

What I want is a joystick like the 360 where the more you move it, the faster you go. If it is just WASD but using a stick to press the keys essentially, that's not what I'm looking for.

Does the G13 have that?
