PC randomly restarts

i recently upgraded my gaming PC's graphics card as well as the case. after i upgraded the case and restoring my OS to factory settings, these problems started happening.. every now and then my PC will randomly restart with out properly shutting down. the pc will be running like usual then it suddenly just shuts off and turns back on. this only happens every few days but the fact that its happening at all is conserning. the issues don't seem to be caused by any specific game or application. i could play any game for hours and have it be fine but most of the time these random reboots happen when my pc is just running the desk top

-windows 7 pro 64bit

-intel core i7 4790

-cooler master hyper tx3

-zotac gtx 970

-16gb adata xpgv2 1866mhz

-gigabyte GA Z97X-SLI motherboard

-corsair carbide 200r

- cooler master 700w power supply (don't know the exact model and i couldn't find an 80+ rating on on the PSU)

-1tb wb blue (i will also be getting a caviar black in a few days.)

4 case fans (2 intake & 2 exaust)

You said you got a new case... Well, bad cable connection is the most probabe cause of your 0xF4 bsod.

 

Check your cables and add-in cards (if there any), re-insert.
