k70 keyboard stopped working

Do I reinstall windows 8.1 my h80i is no longer working either so i can't change the can speeds but the keyboard doesn't turn on or anything on this PC I have tried everything I can think of

XFX R9 290,AMD FX8350,Samsung 840 Pro 128gb SSD, ASUS Sabertooth 990, Corsair Vengance 8GB Ram 1600mhz, Zalman Z11 Plus mid tower. Corsair H80i Liquid Cooler,Corsair m40 ,Corsair Vengance K70

It sounds like your missing drivers, Are you using a usb 3 port for your K70? Do you have another keyboard to try?

It sounds like your missing drivers, Are you using a usb 3 port for your K70? Do you have another keyboard to try?

 

I have tried all ports and yeah a wireless keyboard seems to work fine and my keyboard workds fine on my laptop

Does the BIOS operate fine? Does the H80i work in the BIOS? Have you tried unplugging and plugging everything in again?

 

It does not operate in the bios and the h80i works like it cools but I have no control over the LED or the fan but this all worked before the windows update

is there any new BIOS update? check the board manufacturer website.

There Isn't but I could try reinstalling the current one

tried the polling switch? For the bios and linux without proper drivers I have to flip it all the way down on my k70

are you talking about the switch on the keyboard and would this be pulling it down to 1?
