Hey guys I need to buy a laptop that costs no more than $800 AUD

I will need it for Inventor, light gaming such as Flight Simulator X.
No brand preferences

Flight Simulator X isn't a light game...especially when you're running addon scenery since the default terrain is like vomit

How hard is it to run?

Since it's from 2006 it relies on single core performance, any other cores are used for stuff like terrain/texture rendering. 

I would also suggest installing it to an SSD, when the game loads it doesn't actually cache it to the RAM, it just pulls it from the internal storage on demand, so you will see blurry textures while you're flying sometimes.
