what psu do i need?

I going to be running a Intel i7 3770 being cooled by a h80i / gtx 670 and a msi z77a-gd65

so i dont know what psu to get so i came here i either get a 620w psu or a 750w psu

(If you say buy a corsair psu then don't comment plz)

I would recommend a 750w or higher power supply because then you have more room to be able to add t more components t your rig with out having to worry about not hasving enough power to run your system.

What's your budget like? Would buying the more expensive Antec mean you cut back somewhere else?

The HCG would be fine, but the HCP would be better. The HCP would also mean you could SLI 670s in future, if you wanted to.

thx for seeing im in aus you get a gold star lol :) ummmm i think im going to go for the HCP 750w my budget is what ever i gess thx :)

I think the 620w will be enough for your build but with the 750 you have more headroom and you PSU fan will not need to ramp up as high and you have options to add more stuff to the pc in the future... :)

Even a XFX 550W would be enough.. People these days are buying way bigger PSu they really need. I have a 3570K and gtx 580, both overclocked and Iäm just fine with my 550W.
