Solid MOBO under $100

I'm looking to build a PC early this year and I want a solid MOBO to overclock the G3258 and be able to make cpu upgrades at a later time. I read the h81 would become unstable after 4.2 ghz? Anyway just looking to get a solid MOBO. (I was looking a z97)
