G.skill RAM voltage 1.5~1.6v ?

take a look at this ribjaws spec, the tested voltage is 1.5 ~ 1.6v. so, is it 1.5v or 1.6v or automatic? or is it just depends on the CPU? (gonna pair it with 4690k, Z97)

I've never seen a DDR3 kit that's something other than 1.35, 1.5 or 1.65v out of the box. It doesn't matter, whatever it is it'll be in the XMP for the RAM.

I'm not sure about the stability (especially when overclocking), I'm happier to see a 1.5 or 1.65v kit rather than a vary voltage ram. I just don't wanna rely everything on the XMP. :(

I have the exact memory kit in my system. I have it set up at 1.6v with 2133MHz.

If I recall, XMP runs the RAM with 1.6V. Regardless, it will not cause any issues with the i5-4690K.
