Does nvidia cause more input lag vs amd?

I recently switched from a 7870 to a gtx 970 and some games feel more clunky (fighting games like street fighter).

Am i crazy or does nvidia havea higher input lag?

After you changed gpus and drivers maybe game changed some graphic options.

Make sure you have vsync off.

Your settings in the game and in the graphics card can have an impact.

Ive checked the settings, v sync and AA is off.

Do any other settings cause lag?
