I just got my G1 Gaming 970 a few weeks ago, and I figured... New gpu might as well clean all the dust out... Well I popped of the side panel and took out my Power supply and when I hit it with the can of air... It got the majority off... But there is still a small layer of dust that won't budge with the air... What can I do? I was thinking of completely dismantling my pc and wiping it all down with isopropyl

That works. I just use a napkin.

Yeah, isopropyl is the best thing you can use on a PC, just don't wipe with anything that'll leave lint. Personally, I use paper towel.

I used Isopropyl for the dust and it worked great... I just noticed that a run of tubing in my water cooling loop is really tight and is almost kinked... Will it affect anything as long as it isn't kinked?

It should be fine as long as it doesn't kink.
