What is this driver update about? My current drivers are 347.09 and Geforce experience tells me my driver are up to date and yet i found this on Windows Update.

Should i install it?

It says optional, not required. When I'm installing NVIDIA drivers, I only check graphics drivers and PhysX software. Others are unchecked.

If you use miracast, you may need to install it

Should i install it?

I usually don't install those 'update' drivers. Only when they are available as WHQL official driver. But that has most of the time to do with Futuremark software, new versions always need a bit time until they get implemented in official benchmark software. That doesn't really matter as long as you benchmark just for fun but if it's more serious you need accepted drivers.

I installed it, didn't have any problems. My guess is that the driver model, not the driver itself, is updated. As you can see, it goes from 1.2 to 1.3.
