i have the EVGA GTX680 SuperClocked 2GB , and i'm a Battlefield player and BF4 in the way , i was thinking what should i do buy GTX 680 and run the game in SLI

or go with the new gtx780 can any one hellp me with what you Thought and thanks a lot

personally I would never go SLI/Crossfire because GPU scaling never works perfectly. I would rather get a powerful single GPU and be happy with that.

The 780 is more powerful, being that its essentially a mini Titan, but the 770 has similar performance to that of the 680.  With that information it is up to you weather you want to spend the extra money, although I dont think you will be needing the second GPU.

No problem but a 780 isn't 2x faster than a 680 so keep that in mind.

Right.  A 780 is about 30% better.
