You'll need a socket 1155 motherboard for the 3570K. I recommend this http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...ducts_id=19864.

I would recommend this CPU cooler. Best price to performance ratio. http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...ducts_id=18670

You'll also want a 2x4gb kit since it's running dual channel, you probably won't need more than 8gbs. http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=186_538_913&products_id=16510

You don't need a 750W PSU. This will be sufficient if you don't plan on adding another graphics card http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...ducts_id=15319

Seems like you made a mistake there: thats an LGA 2011 board with a 1155 CPU and triple slot ram. you need to get either dual or quad dimms for 1155 or 2011. which chipset are you going for? if you're not sure what to go for, then write a post on what do you want to do with this build and we'll try to help

EDIT: I see dchen beat me to it

The motherboard dchen listed is fine, unless you want to overclock or run SLI at sometime

as for ram, if you don't want ridiculous heatsinks, these may be better

that 500W psu would be fine, personally I'd get a 600-650W like this which is more afficient and its modular.

also I'd recomment this SSD over the 330. similar price, better warranty and performance.

If you can afford that PSU, it's an excellent choice. The SSD is also a good upgrade.

Yea, the havik cooler will be fine. I would also get a lower profile ram just in case you run into clearance issues between the ram and cooler.

Ram: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=186_538_913&products_id=17729 or http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=186_538_913&products_id=13931.

For a new motherboard you could also check out the asus p8z77-v motherboards. Also have you checked out this cooler http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=18670 ? The PSU I was gonna recommend is http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=18591 but it is way over priced compared to what I bought it for in the states lol.
