Crazy SSD Speeds

Go to solution Solved by Godlygamer23,

Rapid Mode.

I recently purchased a Samsung 840 EVO 250GB and set it as my boot drive.  Everything is working perfectly, except I get really weird, extremely high scores when I benchmark it.  Does anyone know why?

oh, what exactly does it do to make it so fast?

Loads content into RAM so that when the CPU accesses it, it just needs to read it from RAM.

What numbers do you get with CrystalDiskMark?
