so i did a motherboard swap and i was glitching a little so i re-installed windows and now its saying my product code is on a different computer it is the same computer but i reinstalled windows

you product code is tied to the old motherboard. if the MB had the same chip set it may have worked without a problem. try calling microsoft help center and tell them you had a lightning strike and your board was destroyed ... ( slots ruined ) and you needed to replace it. )
