I want to build a Low-Entry Gaming PC. I was wondering how these specs will do.

Cooler: Cooler Master Seidon 120v

MotherBoard: Gigabyte GA-B85M-HD3

RAM: G. Skill Ares Series 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3-2133

OP, if it is a $500 budget, not a $400 one, then consider getting a bigger SSD (like 256 gb) and a 1TB Caviar Blue.

That build is good but go with a i3....most games now require four cores and hyper threading mimics four cores.

i have a Gladiator Ultra Case i bought couple months ago for no apparent reason but it not compatible with one piece. that piece being the ssd.

what do you mean ? not compatible ? you can simply use a sticky adhesive to your case and place it practically anywhere inside of it

This is a much better build compared to the other one you post.....its more powerful.... tho you might want another storage device I would get a caviar blue western digital 1TB for 50$

? you didn't change the GPU........its still the same don't go with a video card with 1GB of VRAM its the normal to have 2GB...however I would still recommend getting the R9 270X seeing that it fits the budget
