760T E-ATX Compatibility

I'm particularly new to this whole building your own PC game so I have a couple of questions regarding my first build. I plan on building an X99 editing and gaming rig and my motherboard of choice is an EVGA X99 Classified (E-ATX Motherboard) in a 760T case. I am aware that the 760T supports up to E-ATX sized motherboards, but how far does that compatibility go? Will the cable routing grommets be covered by the motherboard? If that's the case I may have to rethink the motherboard choice. Thanks and I look forward to posting to this great forum!

I think it should be fine.

As you can see, the grommets are so far back you have a LOT of room to have a bigger motherboard.  Even if it went a bit over, you could still get a cable through

You should be good, there's a good 2 inches from the bottom of my MB to my PSU.
