Virus I think maybe?

I have 2 problems and Idk if they are related or not I have been all night tring to fix this bull shit, I have tired a System Restore and programs like Malwarebyte anti-malware and nothing has helped. My 1st main problem is My browser keeps resetting to Bing from google I have looked on internet and done everyhting it has told me to no avail. Have went thru all the programs on my PC and check and see if I saw anything out of place or something and nothing came up. I can't find anything wrong, Went thru Firefox settings and still went to shit. This has been happening for 3days or so now.

 

My 2nd problem that might be cause of a virius idk but I have been using a Razer Naga 2014 and never had problems out of it untill this night I moved my computer from one room to another and when I powered it back on and started a game my 12 side buttons stopped working. so I closed out went into Razer settings and everything was the same. so I restarted and tried to type with it since they are keybound to my Num Keys it worked fine in Wordpad I changed the keybind and it worked find also, so I started up the game again and it stopped working. closed out and still didn't work untill I restarted my computer and it worked fine again untill I started a game. Idk if this is even related or what but thought I would post it.

In firefox go help then reset and reset your browser, then restart the program, that should fix the issue

 

with your razoer i suggest reinstalling the program, i believe you can export your macros and then import them again, if it is due to a virus either reinstall windows or try and eradicate the virus

I presume Firefox is your browser. Check through your plugins. Any installed programs that shouldn't be there.

 

2nd problem looks game specific. Does this game usually work with your mouse's keybinds? Some games block software reliant mouse bindings (Archage does it too, something called Virus Shield). I guess check if your mouse uses hardware or software playback.

For the first problem, you probably accidentally installed the toolbar and now, there's not much you can do but to re-install the browser.

I have tried the 1st and reinstalling but Idk it even does it in Internet explorer that is why I'm guessing a Virus but Ihave ran everything I could think of to try and detect it and they all find nothing.

I have tired every fucking thing I have thought of and 8 hours in IDK what the fuck to do! ! ! ! I reinstalled, Restored, everything I could fucking think of and I'm so goddamn pissed atm. Razer said I was fucked basicly when I messaged them and no1 else seems to know what is up. I just can't find out wtf is goin never had something this goddamn hard to fix before, about to just bash this POS PC and mouse.

the last thing you can possibly do is a clean install of windows

to do so download the windoes iso to your version

the open the iso use daemon tools if your on Win7 or on 8 just click it it will open

get flash drive 4gb or bigger 

and copy paste the iso content to the flash drive and according to your motherboard go to the boot manger and select your flash drive keep pressing next until you reach the HDD part in the winows installer select your HDD and wipe it clan format it

then press next until you reach the installer its automated after that
