The crew

So the crew worked fine. I didn't do anything then one day it crashed and wouldn't launch. I uninstalled it and realized installed it multiple times and called ubisoft along with a countless amount of other things and it still wouldn't launch. So I installed it on my windows 7 pc, has just integrated graphics, and it launched first try and worked fine except the fact that it got like 15 fps. So I downgraded my system to Windows 7 and installed the crew and it still won't launch. This time it's a different problem. It will show that I'm playing it in steam and it acts like it's gonna launch but then never does. I've searched every where on the Internet and have found nothing. Does anyone here have any suggestions as to what I should do?
