if anybody can answer this, based on the picture and none of the information, somebody needs to give them a medal.

Picture is too blurry to give a definitive answer.

all i have is an ipod camera

it's less definitive than UFO sighting evidence.

if you give a rough dimension (like how far from the bezel) that might help. Because the marketing for this monitor makes it seem like the image should go to the edges, but this is in fact false and there is like a half inch bezel surrounding the screen. If this isn't the case, then yeah call Acer.

Are you using HDMI? If so, you will have to find a setting in your video card software called "Image scaling" or similar.

If you have an amd gpu they automatically scale 15 percent. If you go into the catalyst control center there's an option to change it

My Rig: AMD FX-8350 @ 4.5 Ghz, Corsair H100i, Gigabyte gtx 770 4gb, 8 gb Patriot Viper 2133 mhz, Corsair C70 (Black), EVGA Supernova 750g Modular PSU, Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 motherboard, Asus next gen wifi card.
