my hp dv6 i5 laptop temp goes up to 95c ! , any solution ?

i have hp dv6 laptop which i bought around 3 years ago. now when i use my laptop his temp goes up 90, 95, 98 and while i am using it  shutdown automatically, many times (it is almost certain that it will shutdown atleast 1 time when i use it for some time )

teh spec are 

i5 m460 2.53

4 gb ram

500 gb hhd

ati 5470 512mb  (also nvdia graphics of i5 , u can switch between them but no differencce in temp just a little cooler but still shutdown )

 

what i can do about this , i also did new window but no results.

plz help me and give any solutions

Sounds like there is dust preventing proper cooling. The minimum you should get a can of compressed air and blow the dust our the computer and heatsink. I had the exact same problem with one of my old laptops and this instantly dropped the temps to 45C. If you feel more adventurous, you can try reapplying thermal paste on the CPU since it is probably super dry by now.

Have you ever dust it?

i keep it clean from outside but never from inside, (too afraid to open a  laptop)

how should i use it to blow the dust out from coomputer , from the side ?

and i do have mx4 paste but dont know how to replace it , never open it before,  is there any video which i can see

You should take the cover off the bottom and see if you can stick the extension nozzle of the can into the heatsink from the INSIDE of the computer. This will blow the air our of the computer. Depending on how your laptop is assembled, you may have to disassemble further. I would recommend you search it on google with your model number and check youtube videos. You will also have to disassemble the laptop completely to reach the CPU and change the thermal paste, but only do that if the dusting does not work.
