Do I need a better/specific gpu to play games well on a LG smart TV. Just wondering whether the TV is the bottleneck.

So pixel density and such doesn't make a difference? Is there any good gpu for around £100. I don't need anything outstanding but I do play a lot of games. Was thinking to save for the 970 but don't know whether it's worth it for me.

What resolution is the tv? My LG smart tv is 1080p.

The 970 should be more than enough for 1080p gaming.

Yeh just read a review about the ti, really good for the money it said. Think I'll get that because I doesn't make sense to pay so much more for the 970.
