Does moving heavy apps damage SD card?

Using it as ram? Are you using a SDCard Reader then using ReadyBoost? Also, I don't think its even possible to damage a SD card unless its physical.

It is possible if you root your device and use ram extender apps from play store

Well, almost anything is possible if you root your device.

Ive never tried that before but I use to download huge files to sd card and copy whole 1080p movies on it and it still works fine after two years

Flash eventually dies, but Linus said that he's only had one SD card die, and he had pounded that card for years.
