Advice on build

edit: Going to be used as a 2k/4k gaming pc.

Been working on a build for quite some time and I've gotten a lot of good advice from here. 

My budget is around 14,000 NOK and my components as of now are:

 

Corsair CX 850M

i7 4790k

Kingston HyperX 8GB DDR3 1600mhz

ASUS Z97-A S-1150

2x Gigabyte G1 970

Fractal R5

Crucial MX100 256GB + Old 1TB WD I'll add in

 

This is a little over my budget, and I have a couple of things I'm unsure of.

 

Will the R5 be big enough for 2x G1 970, and if I add in a Hyper 212 cooler for the cpu, will it be enough for mild overclocking or should I be looking at some slightly more expensive options such as the CM H100i?

 

I'll be buying in a couple of weeks so any advice is welcome

If so I'd drop from the i7-4790k to an i5-4690k and then you can get a better CPU cooler, like the Corsair H105. The CM Hyper212 works well, but nothing can beat watercooling.

The site I'm buying from has a packaged offer, the i5+motherboard separately vs the i7 w/ motherboard in the package would be the same price.
