I recently built a new pc. My previous build had an fx 6300 and a gtx 760sc. Now I have an i5 4690k and a gtx 970. On my old pc, I could render youtube videos very efficiently with practically no buffer. However, on my new pc, youtube videos render very slow and stop every few seconds to buffer. I have wired ethernet with 60mb down and 15 up.

Wishing leads to ambition and ambition leads to motivation and motivation leads to me building an illegal rocket ship in my backyard.

That's not what rendering is, it's just buffering slower. Could be your internet, could be the YouTube servers.

It shows the internet servers are fine.

check if there's anything else eating bandwidth. i know this will happen to me when I try to watch a video while a game is downloading on steam

Nothing is using bandwidth.
