Origin game missing, pls help!

I get FIFA 15 last night from origin store from the web. I get the game, I played it last night and today.. few min a go, I cant start the game. Origin start with a message that I need key to activate a game.

 

I didnt get a key and Origin never send me a key for the game. Just congrats for paying etc. 

 

Now I see this:

 

 

 

 

This is not my first and only game on this acc. 

 

And I have email with: Thank You For Your Order

 

But there is no key. They never send me for any game.

 

Now I'm wait for live chat.. 30min so far. Any idea whats wrong with this   ??

I don't have any help. Just wanted to let you know EA's support is atrocious. The guy I got yesterday couldn't fix a simple issue of changing my ID.

I know that but I have no idea what to do. What is wrong whit it. I played the damn game. Do I get my money back etc..

 

I cant believe that is more  safe to buy a key on some site and  just redeem it on origin.

Right click the game in origin > view game details > "Product Code: XXXXXXXXXX"

 

Though I dont think that will help you, as the payment failed so im guessing your payment method didnt have enough funds

I don't understand what you want help with? Your payment method failed. Check your account to see if it was charged.

No, I have money on my credit card. I had it.. a game. I played a game yesterday and today. Now, game is not in Origin anymore. I know how to see a key if the game is in my origin acc. But is that key on origin only or I can get it from some history order... ?

I dont know why the game is missing "from out of blue". And wen I look my Order History now, now I see:

 

Operation failed, please try again later.

 

WT.. is wrong with this EA/Origin.

Well live chat did not help. "Some thing is wrong. You need to buy a game again".

 

Thats all.. I will get my money ..some day but I will buy a key from g2play or whatever. But not from Origin.. damnt it.

Had something similar happen when BF3 was launched and their servers were getting hammered, messed up payment verification.

Ended up having to show bank invoices as well as ID to Origin support and it was fixed up (support didn't believe me at first).
