Mushkin blackline memory HELP

Hello, I have some problem at setting my memory,and I can really use some help here So,my setup is:
I have 2x 2gb mushkin blackline ddr3 1600mhz with 9-9-9-24 latency 1.5-1.6v running at dual chanell,
and I got pair of 2x2gb mushkin blackline ddr3 1600mhz with  7-9-7-24 latency 1.65v (they was taken from 3x2gb pack).
Now my idea was to run them also as dual chanel in another 2 memory slots but i only can get them to work as single chanel. 
I tryed only those 2 and still all i get is single chanel. How can I set them to work at dual chanel and pair them with my old set, do I need to set their latency on  9-9-9-24 manualy?

Yup, set all of the RAM to 9-9-9-24

Changing the voltage should be first on the list of things to do. You never want to mix voltages on ram. Then change the timings.
